My first try at doing our October 14 2025, Town of Neva Board meeting. Sometimes the volume is not the best but I like the idea of making our public meetings open to all.
At Langlade County a board member, maybe +six months ago did want those to be posted. It was not approved. Later I ventured to one of our businesses because they showed up at a county board meeting and thought it was a waste of their time. I did explain the above proposal to post and also most is done in committee, so by the time it gets to the board it is all decided.
TO MY SURPRISE, this person definitely a different partisan position thought the posting of the meetings would be good. ‘After all some of us work and can not afford to go to such a meeting.’ So there is a need for US elected persons to post such. For my very important Town of Neva, this is my first try and will continue. Thanks all and try not to beat me up toooooo much.
